Don't read on if you are on a diet....

... but, in my attempt to type out some of my favorite recipes for my sister in law, Michelle, I found one of my favorites. It's been missing for years! (... that's probably a good thing)

Reese's Peanut Butter Candy

1 pkg. graham crackers
1 c. melted butter
4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. peanut butter
1 bag milk chocolate chips

Break graham crackers into a blender or food processor and crush until fine crumbs. Add butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar an graham cracker crumbs together in a bowl. Mix well. Prepare a 9 x 13" pan with nonstick spray. Press peanut butter mixture into the pan using a spoon. Melt chocolate chips in microwave on high, stir. Continue until they are melted in increments of 30 seconds, until the chocolate is melted. Spread melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture. Chill and cut into squares. ( I store it in the fridge because it can become quite soft) Tastes a lot like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

...and don't blame me for the extra weight, but you can give me credit when you are asked to share the recipe! (LOL!)

Jenny, Jenny, Jenny, that looks awesome, I am surprised however that you have not posted this to your friends over at moovers & shakers. I am going to make this with the kids - thanks for sharing!

Hi Jenny!
Yes, I am on SCS! What a small world, huh?! Do you have a gallery on there? What's your screen name? I'd love to check out your gallery (I'll bet I have a bunch of your cards in my favorites!) I saw your stampin' blog, you are quite a talented stamper, my friend! I'm a little bit of a chicken, I thought I'd start small and post a few cards on my new blog and maybe someday I'll be brave enough to post some on SCS!

Thanks for checking out my blog and dropping in to say hello! I look forward to getting to know you better!
